We are looking for a pro-active & energised Brand Strategy Consultant who will help create & lead the digital consumer journey in response to the clients business, sales & marketing objectives from an owned, paid & earned media perspective. (S)he is leading & managing auditing, strategy, coaching, trainings & projects while inspiring & challenging international marketing & sales teams of several leading B2C & B2B brands.
The role will focus around 5 key result areas:
- Auditing & Strategy
– Performing research to identify needs & strategic pillars of clients;
– Creation & presentation of templates & keynotes at the relevant milestones
– (Re)defining the digital strategy and/or operating plans in collaboration with our clients.
– Analysing paid, earned & owned data in the publishers backoffice, challenging the status quo;
– Setting up & managing the scorecards & data points;
- Coaching Brand Analysts
– Paid: helping setting up & managing the marketplace structure & operations;
– Owned: guiding owned projects;
– Earned: helping setting up & managing social content development & operations.
– Desk research to build & optimise the international, tailored training programs;
– Building & updating the inventory of training knowledge;
– Training sessions where applicable;
- Project Management
– Steer and manage projects as key point of contact of the client;
– Catalyst & support of business development;
– Managing, together with your colleagues, the ‘league of experts’.
– You are a professional, pro-active manager, with strong ownership & business ethics;
– You combine a burst of energy with healthy critical thinking;
– You have minimum 7 years of experience in an (inter)national marketing role on the advertiser or publisher side, or a client-facing advising role on the agency side;
– Having experience with professional digital advertising tools in paid, earned & owned;
– Strong language skills (English, Dutch, French) are important;
– You work on Mac with Google for Work or are familiar with its office suite.
